Vision2Reality Event Management provides a bespoke event consultation and planning service.  Our aim whilst working to our customers’ brief, is to take the hassle out of planning an event, leaving them stress free to focus on what they do best. 


We offer 3 Event Management packages; Compact, Grand and Supreme. Each package is suitable for Celebration Parties, Hen/Stag Nights, Weddings, Baby Showers, Christenings, Conferences, Business Networking Events, Talent Shows, Spa & Pamper Events, Fund Raising Events and Awards Ceremonies etc. 


We provide a venue styling service, which can help transform a basic room into something spectacular to suit any chosen theme.  We also provide an On-The-Day Co-ordination Service which is designed to take the worry out of ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.  We can ensure everything is set up correctly in the days before the event and then be on site to handle things on the day.


Each customer’s event will be unique to them, so we offer a free initial consultation to get to know and understand their needs and to ensure their day reflects who they are.   Our packages are designed so they can be mixed and matched to meet specific requirements. Our Services fees start from £35.00 and Event Management Packages start from £180.00.

In addition to organising events for individuals and business owners we organise a number of Show  ‘n’ Sell events, which creates a platform for new, small and start-up businesses to showcase and sell their goods and services.  We also hold our Elders Ball & Awards Ceremony each year, which is held in honour of the elders in the community that selflessly help others less able than themselves.
